Tiffany was born and raised in Oregon and moved to Arizona when she was 17 years old. Shortly after coming here, she started in the service industry and found her niche: she loves to make people happy. One of her bar karaoke regulars, Mark Paris (a well-known broker here in the Valley), noticed this and is responsible for giving Tiffany the courage and motivation to make the shift into real estate. Tiffany then interviewed with her friend, George Laughton, and she became an original member of The Laughton Team in 2014.

 

Over the last 10 years, Tiffany has helped over 1,200 families, achieved almost $500 million in sales, and formed her own team: The Gobster Group. She takes her role as a leader very seriously and is determined to help everyone around her succeed every day.
